We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical reasoning, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to brainstorm and implement effective solutions. This role requires advanced Excel skills, familiarity with SQL and Power BI, and the ability to synthesize complex data into understandable terms for non-technical audiences. The Supply Chain Analyst will engage proactively with multiple teams, lead meetings, and facilitate conversations to drive project success.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, including PivotTables, Lookups, and Power Query.Utilize SQL to query databases and extract relevant information.Create and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize data trends.Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems.Lead meetings and facilitate discussions to ensure project alignment.Synthesize complex data into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.Apply critical thinking to evaluate data and propose solutions.Manage projects with a systematic approach to ensure timely delivery and success.Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional growth.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field.0-2 years of applied data analytics experience.Strong mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to brainstorm and implement solutions.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookups, and Power Query.Familiarity with SQL and Power BI.Proactive communication and engagement with multiple teams.Leadership skills with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate conversations.Ability to synthesize complex data into layman’s terms.Critical thinking about data and solutions.Project management skills with a systematic approach to success.Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
