Description Supply Chain Operations Associate – Growing Biotech Firm (Bergen County, NJ) Join a dynamic and employee-friendly biotech company dedicated to improving patient care! We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless order processing and supply chain operations, directly contributing to our mission of delivering life-changing treatments to patients. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have experience using ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: + Process and fulfill customer orders, maintaining an accurate inventory management system + Ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders + Enter and maintain transaction data in the company’s ERP system + Address and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently Requirements • Proficient knowledge and experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Demonstrable experience with ERP Solutions • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Exceptional customer service skills • Proven experience in forecasting and demand planning • Ability to create and manage KPI Reporting • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry.Requirements: + 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfillment + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills + Effective time management and problem-solving abilities + Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) + Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries is a plus + Prior experience using an ERP system (preferably NetSuite) Perks & Benefits: + Comprehensive healthcare: Medical, dental (optional), and vision coverage + Financial security: 401(k) plan, disability, and life insurance + Health & wellness support: HSA and FSA options + Collaborative and growth-oriented company culture If you're ready to bring your skills to an innovative and mission-driven biotech firm, we'd love to hear from you!
