The Chewy Campus Recruiting Team is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst Co-Op to join our Supply Chain team in our Bellevue, WA office!

Co-Op Timeframe: June 2, 2025 – December 5, 2025 (must be available for the full duration)

What You’ll Do  

Partner with peers on the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key Sales and Operational Planning decisions and process improvements  Work closely with network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, customer experience and backlog management, continuously optimizing for fulfillment efficiency  Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to tackle resource constraints  Provide all levels of the company with updates on Supply Chain Planning metrics, including ongoing analysis and interpretation of data - present information verbally, as well as in written reports  Collaborate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a variety of data sources using SQL and various technological platforms  Recognize and embrace standard processes in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation  Analyze and tackle problems at their root while understanding the broader context  Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders  Continually improve ongoing processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets  

What You’ll Need  

Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026  Deep technical, written, and verbal communication skills  Self-starter who becomes comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys working in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment  Strong expertise in SQL, with shown strength in querying databases and optimizing data retrieval processes  Proficiency in R programming, and able to manipulate and analyze data sets efficiently  Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, with the ability to build insightful and interactive visualizations for customers  Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization capabilities  Current permanent U.S. work authorization required  Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from June 2, 2025 – December 5, 2025

The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k. We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. Pay Range$26—$26 USD
