They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals. Position Overview:

As a Supply Chain Rotational Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic, structured program designed to develop your skills and knowledge across various functions within the supply chain. This rotational role provides exposure to key areas such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning, allowing you to contribute to cross-functional projects while gaining a holistic understanding of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Rotate through different supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Support inventory management efforts, including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory control. Participate in supplier evaluations and relationship management to ensure quality and reliability. Contribute to projects focused on enhancing customer service and satisfaction through effective supply chain practices. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. What your background should look like: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with supply chain management software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced setting.
