Job Summary

Gathers and analyzes data to develop insights used for the optimization of the organization's supply chain operations. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain by analyzing costs, capacity, and demand patterns. Continuously reviews the movement of materials and other supply chain processes to identify sources of problems and to develop suggestions for solutions. Prepares reports or dashboards to provide reliable activity data to stakeholders. Monitors suppliers for contract compliance. May assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Measure and monitor Spectrum Brands Supply Chain performance to provide near real time indication of key customer metrics. Investigate and resolve customer fines. Identify opportunities to reduce customer fines. Publish Customer calculated metrics to Spectrum Brands. Identify opportunities and projects to close any gap between actual and expected performance. Identify and drive Supply Chain projects that reduce total Supply Chain cost to the customer. On a daily basis, work with the Customer Service team to drive decisions that meet customer service level targets. Access customer data systems to provide market information to Spectrum Brands. Assist and manage supply chain activities for a particular customer base as assigned by the Director of Supply Chain. Education and Experience Profile Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of supply chain logistics, forecasting and/or sales analysis., Experience required in Excel, Windows, Word, Co-Managed systems, SAP, Retail Link Required Skills Must be able to work effectively with other functions including, but not limited to Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Marketing and the Sales organization. Ability to query systems to identify sources of required data for metric purposes. Work Environment
