Our client, a leader in the food and consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst III to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst III, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting various teams in driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Supply Chain Analyst III
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $51.37 Max**
**What's the Job?**
+ Support supply chain execution for new product development (Pretzels and Chips) and base business operations.
+ Coordinate activities for new product innovations, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Engineering, and plants to execute timelines and actions.
+ Manage risks to meet project success metrics and proactively resolve challenges.
+ Ensure end-to-end supply chain setup for new launches, including capacity vetting and Day 1 readiness.
+ Provide supply chain expertise during weekly commercialization meetings for various brands/categories.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably within supply chain, process management, or project management roles.
+ Strong understanding of food manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain operations.
+ Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering successful business results.
+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
