Supply Chain Analyst (Phase-in/ Phase-out) - 1 year fixed term contract

In this role, you will leverage the supply planning capabilities by effectively using advanced planning reports and tools that will result in valid planning proposals.  This process will involve cross-department collaboration, ensuring the achievement of daily objectives and enabling fact-based decisions to meet short-to-mid-term service and financial targets

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Supply Planning Reports/Analyses – Effectively uses and proactively seeks supply planning reports/analyses to aid decision-making by supply planners, Category, scheduling teams, and markets. Advanced Data Analysis – Prepares advanced data analysis and shares insights around detailed, complex scenario planning, enabling timely and efficient decision-making through the PIPO flow. Planning Process Expertise – Provides expertise and insights to define the best planning process set-up for new supply chain scenarios/organization. System, Risk, and Operations Analysis – Conducts in-depth system, risk, and operations analysis when planning scenarios change. PIPO Tools Utilization – Thoroughly understands and effectively uses the PIPO (Phase-in/Phase-out) tools to ensure timely execution of initiatives from a supply planning perspective. PIPO Process Supervision – Supervises the PIPO process and its effects, minimizing scrapping costs, reducing OOS situations between changing variants, and minimizing NPI stock.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Proficiency in English. Advanced skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel. Experience in handling large volumes of data with clear reporting. A strategic mindset to align efforts with the organization’s objectives.
