We are currently seeking a Senior Packaging and Process Analyst to join our Huntsville, Alabama location.
The Senior Packaging and Process Analyst will be responsible for securing and managing resources for multidisciplinary projects, with the objective to effectively manage the change process by ensuring the achievement of projects to time and specification. They will manage daily, weekly and monthly ad-hoc projects as well as larger, multifaceted projects requiring coordination, data gathering, analysis and reporting.?They will be responsible for managing and professionally presenting individual and team metrics, and coordinating with IT and other groups to ensure the team’s achievement of established goals.
Responsibilities Develops new packaging or containers to meet established requirements and maintains oversight and quality of existing packages/containers for all product groupsDefines package requirements for product groups and customer requirementsDevelops recommendations according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, and the type of protection required, taking into consideration the need for resistance to external variables.Responsible for data gathering and reporting of all department objectives and metricsCollaborate with internal and external contacts to initiate and drive process improvement activitiesAssist in the documenting of root cause and reporting related to supplier fulfillment issuesCoordinate with IT on systems enhancements and new systems implementationResponsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs)Uses appropriate tools and performs integrity analysis of packaging Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree
At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 1 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
