Supply Chain Anlyst - Makati Job ID 207084 Posted 18-Feb-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Purchasing/Procurement Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **About the Role:** As a CBRE Procurement Coordinator, you will assist with onboarding new vendors and ensuring the vendor master data is kept up to date. This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. **What You’ll Do:** + Track contract agreements, amendments, addendums, exhibits, and schedules, ensuring that all documents are properly executed. + Maintain up-to-date records of agreement status throughout the contract process. + Proofread, organize, and format of agreements, memos, and reports. Create vendor files. + Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of current non-disclosure agreements with vendors. + Track expiring contracts, renewals, and terminations. + Monitor purchase order data, ensuring compliance with contract terms. + Provide administrative support for small procurement projects, as needed. + Perform low value tactical sourcing, as needed. + Correct inaccurate or outdated documentation and obtain updated vendor master data accordingly. + Participate in vendor and client training on procedures. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + College Graduate + Good communication skills + Knowledgeable on procurement processes with at least 2 years of job-related experience + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 9Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Demonstrates ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization. + Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently. + Basic math skills.
