Supply Chain Assistant APAC (12-month contract)

The Role

Ever since, we have expanded rapidly across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Thailand, India, and South Korea and continue to have very ambitious growth plans in new markets for 2025 and beyond.

Supply Chain Assistant APAC role is driving effective support procedures including supply planning, purchase order availability, inventory management data with global and regional team as well as produce reports and analysis on data. Our operations span multiple countries covering five commercial market leads base in Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Mainland China and United Kingdom. With one major regional warehouse in Hong Kong and marketplace warehouse in China.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and data analyst, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail but can also identify and address challenges in a fast-growing business.

 

Role Accountabilities

Communicate with global team for purchase order issuanceCoordinate purchase order entry and control of the purchase order activitiesUpdate procedures and assist with supply chain regular reportingInternal communication with warehouse team for stock management, etcPerform administrative tasks and operational support for the teamCoordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate stock availability including deliveriesPerform ad hoc duties or assignment as needed
