To help enhance supply chain operations by working closely with operations team and doing data analysis. Incumbent should have an analytical mind and excellent business acumen for this position. Problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are required. **Duties and responsibilities** + Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and inventory transactions + Track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods. + Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to confirm order details and resolve issues. + Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and minimize costs. + Maintain accurate records of outbound and inbound shipments, inventory, and other supply chain activities. + Support the development and implementation of supply chain/warehouse procedures to streamline operations. + Assist in ASN creation for incoming shipments. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain/warehouse & distribution effectiveness + Help manage logistics, including warehousing and transportation, to ensure seamless distribution. + Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. + Measure supply chain performance and report to management. + Any other roles as required to support business and operations **Qualifications** + A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field + 2+ years proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role. + Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with supply chain software is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve supply chain efficiency. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
