This position is responsible for supporting the Inventory Planners by monitoring and executing against Supply Chain reporting to ensure product flow is maximized.
Pay rate: $15.00 per hour. / Part Time Position - up to 29 hours/week.plus Paid holidaysESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Monitoring and executing against forecasting reporting to ensure accurate and timely forecast data is input and revised to support the product flow and purchasing of SKUs into all McLane Foodservice distribution centers.Monitor and execute against Exception Dashboard Order Messages to determine the appropriate actions to take which could include placing purchase orders, inventory transfers or request assistance from the Inventory Planner forthe best plan of action.Assist with reviewing and making recommendations on obsolete inventory.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Communicate well to multiple people and departments within and out of McLane Foodservice.Think creatively and be able to determine root causes of opportunities.Adapt to change quickly.MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
HS diploma and 1 year of experience.Have great decision-making skillsHave follow through skills that will work through problems until all possible outcomes have been explored.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong personal computer skills.Must be an initiative-taker and able to work independently.WORKING CONDITIONS:
