100 onsite Thousand oaks \n \n The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Associate role at Thousand Oaks will have strong critical thinking problem-solving and communication abilities to excel in a fast-paced warehouse-based biotech environment. While GMP/GDP experience is preferable it is not required as long as the candidate demonstrates attention to detail flexibility and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include material handling picking and delivering raw materials working under cleanroom conditions and supporting biotech manufacturing operations. Experience with Smartsheet's Teams and UI Path is an asset but not necessary. Candidates must be 100 onsite open to physical work and flexible scheduling including potential swing shifts. Forklift certification is an asset but not necessary.\n\nI n this role, you will be responsible for adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's). Additionally, you will support activities related to the processing of materials required for shipment and or delivery of biopharmaceutical products to manufacturing facilities. These activities include picking, reviewing, shipping, dispensing, and other tasks in support of Distribution/Dispensing.\nResponsibilities will include:\n•\tConsistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and departmental policies with strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).\n•\tMaterial handling associated with the movement of materials within a warehouse setting.\n•\tGown to grade 8-9 and work in a classified Dispensary.\n•\tMaterial handling/dispensing and all associated cleanings. Staging materials for transport and delivery.\n•\tSupport and identify escalating potential risks associated with shipping/dispensing activities.\n•\tCollaborates with cross-functional teams in completing operational activities associated with shipping/dispensing.\n•\tSupports Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, and projects.\n•\tActively participate in Work Center Team efforts as well as Safety programs.\n•\tProvides support during regulatory inspections and be ready to present information to auditors (as required).\n•\tDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively, identifying and reporting operational issues and process improvement opportunities.\n•\tIdentify roadblocks, bringing effective solutions to area management for resolution.\n•\tMaintain Kanban system for consumables.\n•\tSupport ATO external warehouse operation teams and all associated tasks.\n•\tCollaborate with Global Distribution Teams to meet ever evolving needs of the business.\n•\tComplete all transactions in a prompt and correct/compliant manner.\nWhat we expect of you\n•\tMust be available to work various shifts as needed (day, swing, weekends, holidays) as dictated by the production schedule\n•\tThe ability to work under general direction, seeking assistance as needed.\n•\tGood critical thinking skills.\n•\tAbility to lift 35lbs and push/pull heavy loads using material handling equipment.\n•\tProficient math skills.\n•\tAdherence to safe working practices/culture.\n•\tAbility to support other warehouse functions related to the shipment or dispensing of materials per procedural guidance.\n•\tAbility to adapt to changes in operational priorities

Preferred Qualifications:\n•\tPolished GMP professional with Shipping, Dispensing, Warehousing, Manufacturing and/or Quality experience.\n•\tSupport documentation revisions in CDOCS.\n•\tDQMS (Digital Quality Management System) and QMTS (Quality Management Tracking System) knowledge, supporting deviation investigations including initiating and owning minor deviations and CAPAs.\n•\tStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\n•\tExperience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles.\n•\tEffective communication skills.\n•\tFamiliar with scales & weighing operations.\n•\tSupport metrics gathering, prepare reports and present findings to area management.\n•\tAssist with internal operational excellence projects.\n•\tKnowledge of Smartsheet’s, Teams, Tableau, UiPath.\n\nBachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
