Who You Are
As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management Team. You’ll need to operate autonomously and within established authority. You'll need superior business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains.
What You Will Be Doing
In this fast-paced role, you’ll develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. you'll prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participate with contract administration & purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. You may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree; Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field
* Experienced in early career level supply chain management and/or procurement practices
Desired Skills:
* +1 years’ in supply chain management and/or procurement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment
* Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
* Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions
* Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
* Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.
* Willingness to travel
* Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance after hire. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
