The Supply Chain & Commercial Specialist is responsible for the liaison between Stellantis, ASZM and dealer network for support, and for the improvement loyalty to our customers. INTERFACES The Supply Chain & Commercial Specialist reports to the Sales and Service Manager within the Parts & Services department. ACTIVITIES/ SIGNIFICANT ACTIONS Supporting entire dealer network on supply chain, commercial activities to improve dealer loyalty. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS • Reply on IDICS supply chain questions. • Support in battery (HV) transport. • PRIM (Parts Retail Inventory Management) support. • Support Parts catalogue (EPER, Starparts, Servicebox). • Monitoring backorders and escalation to HQ. Looking for alternatives. • Vehicle Off Road (VOR) tickets. Looking for alternatives and escalation to HQ. • Daily contact with warehouse, carrier and HQ. • Daily contact with dealer network. • Support ASZM. Commercial activities, logistic issues, etc. • Logistic reporting. • Proactive informing network. • Follow up main KPI's. WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS • TECHNICAL: - Bachelor/Master level student in related field - Fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus - Excel, Word, Outlook • BEHAVIOURAL: - Ability to communicate - Capacity to decide - Reactivity - Sense of responsibility - Sense of analysis - Flexibility • WORK EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND - Experience in Supply Chain is a plus WHAT WE OFFER - Intern allowance of € 500 gross a month. - Working from home 3 days a week and home working allowance. - Travel reimbursement, if no OV student card.
