We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Consulting Managing Director to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

As a Supply Chain Design Consulting MD, you will focus on driving the thought leadership, sales and delivery of a practice that identifies and implements actionable results across the entire supply chain.

The NTT DATA Supply Chain Design practice (SCD) applies advanced analytics including large-scale optimization, simulation, and machine learning to design manufacturing and distribution networks for the largest and most complex companies across the globe. We are the team “behind the headlines” designing tomorrow’s leading supply chains. We continuously innovate in our methodology and tools to drive higher levels of accuracy and client confidence.
 
Once You Are Here, You Will: 
• Lead sales of Supply Chain Design service offerings
•Lead creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT DATA’s overall brand and positioning
• Lead development of methodologies and new service offerings, including annuity revenues such as outsourced planning/analytics and membership-based research/benchmarking services
• Act as a SME and mentor to the project teams delivering Supply Chain Design services to our customers 

Overall Practice Leadership responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
Required Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in operations, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, science, technology, math, business, or related major.  MBA preferred
• 5+ years leading a consulting practice
• 10+ years of working within the supply chain industry 
• 8+ years of network optimization experience in purchasing, manufacturing, or distribution. 
• 8+ years of experience working with quantitative tools and methodology in analyzing supply chain decisions 
• 8+ years of experience working within a project team, supporting supply chain initiatives that resulted in improved returns. 
• 10+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint 
• 8+ years of using supply chain analytical tools such as Supply Chain Strategist, Supply Chain Modeler, AnyLogistics, 3TO, etc. 
• 8+ years of experience in analyzing large datasets using relational database tools such as MS Access and SQL. 
• 10+ years of experience developing and managing junior staff members.
• Willing and able to travel 50-80% for extended periods of time based on project location and/or client demand.

Preferred Skills: 
• Supply Chain or Engineering other graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, BlueYonder/JDA/i2 Supply Chain Strategist, and/or IBM/LogicTools LogicNet Plus, or similar supply chain modeling environments. 
• Experience in developing a sales pipeline and drafting proposals to address prospective clients’ problem statements.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $300,000.00-$350,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.  
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
