Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Lead strategic and transformational supply chain engagements to develop optimized solutions for clients in a variety of industries, including: Manufacturing & Distribution, Automotive, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage and Medical Device Lead client engagements to help identify their supply chain and operational goals, assess processes, benchmark optimal performance, recommend improvements and implement solutions Generate growth and development of the practice by expanding relationships with clients, expanding personal and professional network, and participating in professional organizations Support the development of supply chain practice service offerings, methodologies, tools, and solutions Develop, manage, and oversee staff on client engagements

The qualifications.

15+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, with a particular focus in purchasing, strategic sourcing and planning, preferably in a Manufacturing environment  Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business-related field, MBA or Masters preferred Previous consulting experience required  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and/or independentlyOrganizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment Frequent travel throughout the region, with up to 50% overnight travel
