Supply Chain Coordinator – Remote

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: BaubleBar is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for its Supply Chain & Logistics Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods across our supply chain network. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and carriers, managing shipment schedules, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and other internal departments to achieve optimal inventory levels, resolve any logistical issues, and support the team in meeting our performance goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of logistics and transportation management. We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is extremely detail oriented and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: + Track and trace all inbound shipments and communicate delays and/or changes to affected departments when necessary + Coordinate and manage transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods + Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including shipment details, invoices, and delivery confirmations + Assist in the development and implementation of transportation strategies to support overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness + Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance, including on-time delivery rates, cost analysis, and carrier performance + Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams + Support the SCL team with other tasks and projects as required + Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field + 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles with a focus on transportation management across import/export and parcel shipments + Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills + Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills + Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. + Strong understanding of retail/wholesale supply chain and distribution systems + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel and Power BI; experience with NetSuite is a plus
