Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067
Objective: The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the team with the execution of supply chain objectives. The coordinator provides strong organizational support maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
Contribute to the goals and objectives established by the supply chain team Coordinate the requisition, verification, and approval of purchase order generation for various supplies and/or pharmaceuticals Set up new supplier accounts Enter and maintain data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Provide ERP field support as needed Execute invoice review and reconciliation with Accounts Payable and vendors for leadership approval Escalate issues appropriately and handle in a timely mannerEducation and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one (1) year experience in logistics or supply chain required Minimum of one (1) year healthcare experience preferred ERP system experience preferred Microsoft Office experience including strong Excel skills preferred
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel
This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m. Travel is not expected for this position.
