Job Description
This role supports the Supply Chain team within the beauty sector of the operation. The Supply Chain Coordinator processes orders in the ERP system, addresses customer inquiries, and coordinates resources to manage orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
ResponsibilitiesProcess orders in the ERP system (SAP) and respond to questions via email.Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.Coordinate internal and external resources to manage orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.Communicate unit price, inventory availability, and delivery details.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, monitoring investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions, and communicating solutions.Maintain customer accounts by recording requirements and documenting interactions.Meet or exceed performance objectives that drive customer experience.Cultivate partnerships with sales focused on customer relationship management.Interact globally with vendors, internal partners, and customers daily via email.Support logistics functions by booking inbound/outbound shipments as needed.Coordinate freight invoice payment with third-party providers.Fulfill customer requests for export shipments and provide updates in the ERP system.Support all roles within the Supply Chain/Customer Service departments.Work Environment
Monday through Friday
8am to 9pm
