Work Environment

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm- will work fully onsite

Qualifications:3+ recent years of supply chain coordination experience.2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and EDI systems.Accurate typing and proofreading skills.Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

ResponsibilitiesRoutinely check customer portals to obtain production order requirements.Update information in CSM M2M (Made to Manage) ERP system.Update information in various spreadsheets and reports.Prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments, both domestic and international.Input final details on invoices and mail them to customers.Create Advance Shipping Notices (ASN's).Coordinate trucking company appointments.Maintain contact with customers and assist them as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
