Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services.

Responsibilities: Collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making processes for Customer supply chain Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor and track supply chain performance. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that align with business objectives. Identify and suggest solutions to potential supply chain risks and challenges. Build data models and perform data mining to discover new opportunities and areas of improvement. Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sets. Develop predictive and prescriptive data models to support forecasting and optimization efforts. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Designs and delivers core and ad hoc Analysis, along with first level interpretation to provide insights and support decision making to Account Managers, Sub vertical Leads & other cross functional teams Generate and maintain business decision specific reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using multiple AI/BI tools, Business Objects, SAP, SQL Server, and other sources. Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. Willingness to work with stakeholders across different time zones globally. Flexibility to work across different time zones to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, business analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in related role. Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like Advance excel, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge on Data Engineering tools. Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts, including inventory management, procurement, and demand forecasting.
