Our facility in Titusville, FL has an immediate opportunity for an early career level Manufacturing Support Team Member/Supply Chain Demand Planner II to join our mission. As the Demand Planner on the FBM team, you'll play a critical role in executing a range of functions that will drive the success of our Material issue and demand management processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, optimize efficiency, and propel our business forward.

In this role, you will be a …

• Training Implementer: Develop training plans for all FBM planners, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.

• MRP Planner: Process material requests, forecast material quantity, and ensure end-to-end support for material delivery, keeping our operations running smoothly.

• Data Master: Load, manage, and analyze demand data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes, using your analytical skills to drive growth.

• Change Agent: Release Change Masters, extending Part Numbers across multiple plants and managing Material Masters to drive business agility and innovation.

• Process Innovator: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize demand management and S4 system performance, making a real impact on our operations.


Our level 2 employees typically have 3-6 years of experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Titusville, FL facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant planning experience

- Experience working with team members on completing tasks

- Demonstrated understanding of schedule driven tasks

- Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred

- Prefer 4+ years of Planning experience

- Active Secret security clearance

- Demonstrated organization of data is a plus

- Experience training employees

- Excellent communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
