Our Supply Chain Excellence program offers candidates a pathway to leadership opportunities at Flowers’ bakeries.  We are looking for college graduates who will join us as we become a more agile, automated, and insights-driven company focused on delighting our consumers with delicious baked foods.

 

Your journey will start with an immersive onboarding experience-and from there, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop at an optimal pace. 

 

Learning the Bakery

•    Work alongside department leaders to understand what critical role their teams play in creating our iconic products. Learn the importance of Engineering, Environmental Safety & Sanitation, Shipping/Receiving, Production, Quality & Food Safety, Sanitation, and Process Improvement.

 

Production Focus

•    Understand how each position within the production line affects the next to ensure a fresh, safe product is produced.

 

Leadership and Management

•    Utilize Flowers’ robust learning management system, and enroll in a Company paid learning course, to ensure optimal learning is achieved.  Spend dedicated time with corporate and bakery leaders, getting tier one support and guidance to help you navigate your future course. 

 

Upon successful completion of our 26-week Supply Chain Excellence program you will have an opportunity at one of our bakeries, nationwide.
