Supply Chain Digitalization Intern

As a GPSC Digitalization Intern you will have the opportunity to assist with developing tools, analytics, and process improvements for a global procurement and supply chain organization within the largest segment of a multi-national corporation. As a Digitalization Intern, you will support digital transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain functions, focusing on automation, data analytics, and optimization of processes. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gain hands-on experience in digital procurement, and contribute to the success of a global supply chain network.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop reports and dashboards for key metrics.

Process Automation- Assist in the development and implementation of automation tools and workflows to streamline procurement and supply chain processes.

Digital Tool Optimization- Support the evaluation and optimization of digital tools used in procurement and supply chain, such as ERP, e-procurement, and other relevant platforms.

Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather data, understand pain points, and propose solutions that enhance digital integration.

Documentation & Training- Document digital processes, create user guides, and support training sessions for team members to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes.

Project Support- Assist in digitalization project management, including timeline tracking, risk assessment, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for project success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   

Student working towards a bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.                                                                                                                                      

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with ERP systems, AI, VBA, and/or Python is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
