The Position

We are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist to join our Roche DIA team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data visualizations and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Qlik.Prepare data for analysis using tools like Google Sheets, SQL, or Python, and work within cloud environments (AWS/GCP).Create regular performance reports and propose actionable recommendations for business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to identify process improvement opportunities and data-driven solutions.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline data workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Support analytics projects, ensuring compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.Embrace agile methodologies and collaborate closely with global teams to deliver impactful results.Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Implement lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or related data-focused roles.Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Qlik.Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools for data preparation and analysis.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to addressing business needs.Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and agile working style.Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.Project management expertise.
