Supply Chain Finance Manager
Overview This role is as a strategic finance partner for supply chain functions at Vietnam Foods. The role is responsible for helping the Supply Chain teams (LD&T/Plant/Agro) and Procurement to drive outstanding results and embedding financial competency in the business. The role leads holistic cost management, performance management, continuous improvements, and maximizing asset value through decision analytics in Supply Chain activities. From the understanding of the business goals and overarching strategies, the role analyzes financial and non-financial information and presents recommendations to support decision-making in Supply Chain functions. The role sets the right target and drives holistic cost management. Responsibilities To be responsible for helping Supply Chain functions to drive outstanding results and embedding financial competency in the business. The role leads performance management, continuous improvements, and maximizing asset value through decision analytics. From the understanding of the business goals and overarching strategies, the role analyzes financial and non-financial information and presents recommendations to support decision-making in Supply Chain functions. Key Responbilities Provide full financial partnership to Agronomy functions by: Establish monthly processes to review actual business performance into a meaningful business scorecard and communicate to Supply Chain functions to call for timely actions (e.g., Supply Chain overhead, productivity). Provide effective planning, leading, and coordination of the Supply Chain department’s annual budgeting and periodic review exercises in line with local and corporate requirements. Build alignment of financial results with KPIs reported by Supply Chain functions. Challenge the status quo. Lead Holistic Cost Management process, focusing on Operational Expenses (Make/Move/Agro) and Commodity Support the Supply Chain team in creating a more sustainable supply chain system that will protect PepsiCo Foods' continued business growth. Support supply chain digital transformation projects, including implementing SAP and other Enhance business acumen and financial knowledge of Supply Chain functions. Provide induction/training to business partners and colleagues on maintenance of financial operations (provision, actual spending, etc.) including the proper accounting thereof by SOA. Be a role model of PepsiCo Values and create a motivating and rewarding work environment. Conduct ad-hoc analysis as assigned by the manager and BU. Strategize and oversee the whole Supply Chain Finance function. Coach Supply Chain Finance members to meet goals, motivate them through challenges, and ensure they have all the support they need to excel in their jobs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance At least five years of related working experience in Finance Business partnering, Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, and FP&R FMCG background and way of working Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Highly motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and a team player. A pioneer who enjoys being part of a young, dynamic, and growing company Proven track record in applying business judgment, through experience and insights gained in projects and through analysis of business cases from a business logic perspective. Pragmatic, results-orientated, and with strong analytical power and problem-solving attitude Able to work well under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines with a flexible work style that adapts to a constantly changing agenda.
