We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance & Transformation Manager to join our Finance team in Istanbul. Responsibilities To own and manage the planning of the Turkey Make and Move Budget, in addition to govern productivity & capex agenda. Functional Leadership of 3 direct reports Work closely with Make organization (6 Plants) to provide AOP (annual budget) plan & Forecast and monthly plant performance reports covering all key costs drivers (line efficiency, and packaging wastage, direct labor productivity, energy usage, production plan/stock impact, fixed manufacturing overhead, etc.) Work closely with Move Organization to provide AOP (annual budget) plan & Forecast and monthly performance reports covering all key costs drivers (truck utilization, primary & secondary transportation, DC &overflow warehouse management, pallet management, fleet, MEM, fixed overhead cost, etc.) Close tracking and manage yearly capex budget. Provide financials for projects, lead the proper business cases are developed and support to calculation IRR / NPV. Govern capital committee meeting, identify risk and/or opportunities on year end closing of capex budget. Capital Performance Tracking. Govern Productivity Projects for Turkey BU and Supply Chain Organization. Validate financials for small-midsized productivity projects. Monitor the productivity projects (Make& Move), ensure the financial impacts are reflected in the P&L algorithm and make sure the savings are properly calculated. Prepare and submit all sector reporting requirements i.e. monthly PBR, sector opex details, Mosaic SITE (sector tool) reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering 7+ years working experience required of experience in financial planning, transformation, investment analysis Proven experience in the FMCG sector, demonstrating strong financial planning and analysis capabilities Excellent command of English and Turkish Able to work in a matrix organization with multi-stakeholder Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Attention to detail while being able to see the whole picture Leadership skills: taking others with you and doing it the right way Communicates persuasively to win support Takes appropriate, well-reasoned risks Good communication and presentation skills
