As a Supply Chain HR Specialist, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful programs and processes, including elements of our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, campus recruiting efforts, and the governance of critical people initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and implementing strategies that ensure a strong and engaged workforce, while fostering a culture of positive employee relations. **In this role, you will:** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership Development & Campus Programs:** Lead operational aspects of our Supply Chain rotational program and co-op initiatives.
