As a Supply Chain HR Specialist, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful programs and processes, including elements of our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, campus recruiting efforts, and the governance of critical people initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and implementing strategies that ensure a strong and engaged workforce, while fostering a culture of positive employee relations. **In this role, you will:** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership Development & Campus Programs:** Lead operational aspects of our Supply Chain rotational program and co-op initiatives. Partner with campus recruiting teams, participate in strategy design, manage program budgets, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience. + **Skill Progression Governance:** Serve as a key player in governing our enterprise production workforce skill progression framework to ensure alignment with organizational goals. + **Early Career Talent Development:** Ensure we have the right talent and success profiles for our early career programs by partnering with internal and external stakeholders. + **Positive Employee Relations Strategy:** Provide governance and operational support for our Positive Employee Relations Strategy to promote an engaged and collaborative workplace. + **HR Partnerships:** Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional partners to operationalize and sustain key people programs. + **Recruitment:** Lead end-to-end recruiting for Supply Chain early career programs, including partnering with school captains on university hiring efforts and executing associate engagement activities. \#LI-Hybrid **What we look for:** **What We’re Looking For:** + A self-starter with a transformative mindset who can own programs from inception to completion. + Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + A passion for continuous process improvement, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on program outcomes and impact. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in HR program management, stakeholder collaboration, or a similar role. + Demonstrated success in leading and operationalizing HR programs, particularly in leadership development or campus recruiting. + Strong project management skills, including experience managing budgets and driving process improvements. **Workplace type:** Hybrid **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $71,300 - $130,600 –Zone B: $65,400 - $119,700 –Zone C: $59,500 - $108,800 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
