International has a great opportunity for a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer in our Springfield, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities Deployment of Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouseEstablish and maintain time studies for plant specific materials team membersEstablish and maintain standard work instructions for plant specific materials team membersProvide Industrial Engineering analysis on cost improvement initiativesOwnership of layouts for supply chain managed footprintsSupport and track Lean Assessments and Value Stream Mapping sessionsDefine local CIR’s, gap closure plans and project plans based off of plant Supply Chain Engineer’s findings through project management functionsDevelop/maintain 5S, KPI programs for supporting warehouse(s)Monitor plant/warehouse Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and implement corrective actions for KPIs that fall below allowable thresholdsIdentification, participation from IE perspective, and implementation of cost savings and waste elimination initiativesIdeal Warehouse and Replenishment up keep and validation at WHQ levelInterface with PFEP/Containers team for part planning accuracy, compliance and feedbackSupport plant Supply Chain Engineers and 3PL providers as needed Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience

OR

Master's degree

At least 1 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience

OR

At least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
