THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Supply Chain Initiative Delivery Lead will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of key supply chain initiatives. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of complex projects through project coordination and change management and support successful delivery by leading teams through the project life-cycle to achieve business objectives while managing scope, timelines, and budget. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Leading and coordinating the execution of high-impact supply chain initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, IT, finance, and external partners, to implement strategic solutions. Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution of initiatives. Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities within the project scope, pro-actively managing mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to the project schedule. Monitoring progress, providing status updates, and presenting key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future initiatives. Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain strategies and organizational priorities. Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure project success. Ensuring initiative compliance with budgetary and resource constraints while focusing on achieving desired outcomes. Providing timely and accurate communications to stakeholders, including overall status, health, and business benefits tracking for initiatives. Facilitating implementing and applying standard processes for risk management, issue management, quality assurance, and project communications, with stakeholder teams. Following up on actions quickly, address any difficulties, and escalate issues, where necessary. Preparing reporting and status documentation and report on metrics to monitor and optimize project performance for assigned projects. In partnership with the Business Testing team, plan, coordinate, and track project user testing activities. Managing procurement, tracking, and invoicing. Identifying solutions and determine the most appropriate path forward in complex or undefined situations to maintain project momentum and achieve objectives. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required. 3 years of relevant project management and supply chain experience Familiarity with supply chain distribution operations and warehouse management systems Strong time-management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines simultaneously Understanding basic project financial and budgeting concepts with the ability to manage project budgets cross-functionally. Project experience with an IT component/work-stream Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is desired The ability to adapt and bridge different project management styles Strong working knowledge of SAP, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power-Point Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external teams Demonstrated planning and execution skills with a record of leading projects to obtain tangible business results Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating in related field Ability to influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of management Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences #LI-JB2 #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $76,100.00 - $77,190.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
