This role is ideal for a student eager to apply their academic knowledge in a hands-on, manufacturing environment. You will gain valuable experience supporting supply chain operations, business analysis, and executive-level presentations. **What does Klauer ask of you? - Essential Duties of the Supply Chain & Business Intern:** + Assist with supply chain analysis, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. + Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI (preferred) to analyze data and generate reports. + Develop and deliver presentations to the Klauer Executive Team. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve supply chain challenges. + Support business operations with tasks involving economics, accounting, and finance principles. + Contribute to supply chain planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting projects. **The Ideal Candidate:** + Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (PowerBI experience is a plus). + Strong analytical skills with an interest in forecasting and data analysis. + Problem-solver with a keen understanding of supply chain functions. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting. + Business coursework completed (Economics, Accounting, Finance preferred). + Effective communicator, capable of presenting to senior leadership. + Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. **Preferred Experience & Education:** + Pursuing a Supply Chain Degree at a college junior or senior level. + Previous work experience in a professional setting is preferred. **Who is Klauer Manufacturing Company?** Founded in 1870, Klauer was built on hard work, quality products, and service.
