We will be starting the interview process in January 2025, targeting a start date around the first week in June 2025.*** The Supply Chain Intern assists in the support for contracting and sourcing initiatives across multiple categories including supply and purchased services. Assists in data collection tasks and analysis related to initiatives. Assists in contract management functions including loading of contracts in repository and overall document management. Provides support to Supply Chain team i.e Value Analysis, Food/Nutrition, purchasing with assigned projects to gain further oversight into the workings of the department. Key Responsibilities include: Assists team, coordinates and implements tasks that relate to complex projects including overall management of documentation, following up on information, etc. Conducts analytics in conjunction with contract team to support the contract initiatives and RFPs. Supports contract management functions including loading contracts in electronic contract management system and archiving of documentation. Assists with Managing compliance to purchasing contracts, from both a vendor and facility perspective. Supports the Value Analysis team with investigation, review and implementation of products necessary for program maximization Qualifications Position Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field. Students enrolled in their Junior year, rising into their Senior year, are highly preferred. Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed).
