PIC, a Genus PLC company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for an Invoicing Specialist who is responsible for the day-to-day processes related to the procurement and processing of invoices for PIC North America Supply Chain. This role identifies solutions that improve the invoice and billing process and presents appropriate resolution options to suppliers and vendors as needed.
The successful candidate has the ability to work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet deadlines & maintain accuracy. The candidate can work autonomously as well as collaboratively across functional teams while analyzing and problem solving and possesses strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
The preferred location for this position is at the PIC Corporate Headquarters in Hendersonville, TN and remote work in the U.S. will be considered for the right candidate.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 USD per hour. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
You WillComplete the weekly coding and processing of invoices across North America Transport, Export, Feed Procurement, Marketing, Supplies, etc.
Navigate and utilize the capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system with supporting Power BI reporting.
Investigate, respond, and resolve any issues as they occur throughout the weekly process.
Ensure Vendors/Suppliers are paid timely and/or according to stated terms.
Answer any related Vendor/Supplier invoice or payment questions as it relates to services rendered and accuracy.
Assist in holding Vendors/Suppliers accountable on timely billing to reduce the opportunity for budgetary or forecast misses.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies, as needed.
Identify and help solve process deficiencies.
Perform ad hoc reporting and support as it relates to Supply Chain operations.
Requirements
An Associates Degree or two years of experience with invoice processing/billing, including review, coding, and allocation, preferably utilizing an ERP system
Ability to travel approximately 5%
