The Supply Chain Lead will develop and implement supply chain strategies, manage vendor relationships, oversee inventory levels, identify process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze supply chain data, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and lead a high-performing team. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Detroit, Michigan. Work Environment Working onsite at the Wixom Plant, which opened in April 2024 as part of the Industrial business. The facility has a start-up vibe and focuses on DMS's Electric Vehicle charging systems. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, with one direct report: the Warehouse Coordinator.
