About the role

Our Silica Supply Chain team, composed of 5 direct and 8 indirect employees, is integrated into the Supply Chain Global department and focuses on connecting different stakeholders and ensuring operations run smoothly from start to finish in collaboration with the Industrial and Sales team. As a Supply Chain Leader, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our end-to-end Supply Chain operations, improving operational efficiency and contributing to broader business objectives. You will be accountable for: Execute planning, logistics, and inventory management processes Manage daily supply chain activities with the operations team Responsible for all activities involved in the Sales and Operations Process (S&OP) facilitating the collaboration with suppliers, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations Monitor supply chain performance data and processes to boost efficiency and ensure supply chain continuity, profitability, contractual agreements and compliance with regulatory standards Leading Supply Chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics 5 years experience in Supply Chain, 2 of which leading teams Demonstrated success in leading Supply Chain improvements and experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen Competencies: Experience in Supply Chain Operations Leadership for managing and motivating the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment Fluency in English is mandatory. French is a plus - RESUMES MUST BE SENT IN ENGLISH  Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; SAP/BW and APS (Dynasys) Behaviors: Communication competence for coordinating with different departments and external partners A dynamic individual with a commitment to excellence and innovation Strong insightful problem-solving skills Ability to think outside the box to improve existing processes
 

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 123.000,00 to R$ 165.000,00 (Annual Base Salary with Periculosidade and 13º already included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
