People Management role including managing logistics for factory.Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:• Managing inbound logistics of Pan India & neighboring countries business operations• Managing Demand Plan, P2P, Bonded warehousing operations, and custom clearances• Managing supplier, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders• Managing operations in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements• Developing effective Supply Chain processes• Drive productivity and increase digitalization in the processes• Attract, engage and develop talent in the various logistics teams  
Experience/Skillset/Knowledge 12-15 years of experience in logistics/supply chain. Good experience of managing teams in a national set up. Knowledge of Healthcare medical equipment and systems would be preferred.
