You have arrived at your career destination\! **Who You Are** You'll perform as Control Account Manager or CAM\. **What You Will Be Doing** The Control Account Manager, manages all technical, cost, and schedule aspects of tasks associated with this control account, including risk management, capacity management, schedule negotiations, metrics generation, earned value, schedule and status reporting, and provide other related support as requested by program management\. This position will require a Secret Government Security Clearance after hire and is located at a facility that requires special access\. AeroSCM **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Experience in \(1\) or more of the following areas: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Finance, Performance Based Logistics \(PBL\), or Inventory Management Experience in \(2\) of these tools: Cobra, SAP, APTS, Empower, OR Microsoft Office Suite **Desired Skills:** Experience with Earned Value Methodology / CAM Training Experience with project management and/or earned value techniques \(schedule and time management, managing budgets, working to deadlines\) Team player with a positive attitude who is a self\-starter Communication, administrative, planning & organizational experience Ability to multi\-task in a high\-tempo environment and be able to interact with multiple organizations and levels of management **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
