Job Description:


Join the Shake Your Future MT Program, Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s tailored development program for young talents who are ready to create impact in a global environment. As a Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of supply chain management while being part of a dynamic and collaborative culture.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing operational and reporting support to ensure the procurement of products from global producers aligns with Pernod Ricard Türkiye's medium- and long-term demand plans, optimizing cost and time.Managing purchase orders, including tracking production and shipments, handling documentation, and proactively addressing potential risks.Collaborating with global producers, logistics firms, and local authorities to resolve potential constraints in procurement processes.Supporting Master Data Management to ensure accurate and efficient operations.Representing the supply chain function in new product development projects, ensuring procurement timelines align with launch plans.Participating in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings with Pernod Ricard producers and contributing to alignment with commercial units.Leveraging Pernod Ricard’s global procurement systems for effective operations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking ambitious, innovative individuals ready to grow within a global organization. Ideal candidates will have:A degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering (preferred).Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.Creativity, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities.Proficiency in advanced-level English (mandatory).Project management skills (certification preferred).A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop alternative approaches.A research-driven approach to problem-solving.No restrictions on domestic or international travel.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
