Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Supply Chain Manager role. The Supply Chain Manager is a high-level individual contributor role that will lead key process improvement projects across the supply chain. Key focuses will include inventory management, production scheduling, Inter-department communications, standard operating procedure updates, and cycle time reductions. **This is a full-time position: Salary Role. Onsite. Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.** **Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.** **The Role** + Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Including data automation and reporting + Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to optimize supply chain operations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of continuous improvement initiatives + Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of continuous improvement projects, including the impact on key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness + Engage with customers, suppliers, and other external partners to identify opportunities for collaborative improvements and cost reductions.
