Supply Chain Manager

Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.​ Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our TAG Finance team as an **Supply Chain Manager.** **Key Functions Include:** • Assists spend category leaders in developing strategic spend plans and partners with FP&A on the budgeting processes for ongoing spend and savings. • Assures proper analysis and application of internal and external industry specific research information, to determine Company direction in designated categories, reasons for pricing increases/decreases, and develops risk mitigation strategies. • Responsible for supporting supply chain spend reporting requests from internal and external partners, Presents data in an accurate and thoughtful manner. • Develops monthly reporting packs to the brand leaders and TAG Executive Leadership Team and coordinates the monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Provide regular communication to Business and Supply Chain leadership on project status, contract renewals, category performance, and various initiatives. • Performs all administrative duties for supply chain systems including but not limited to, contract management, supplier risk management, supplier catalogs and EDI setup, savings tracking and reporting. • Creates and manages Monthly Cost Savings reporting and working with FP&A to audit and validate savings, monthly supply optimization reporting and auditing for savings opportunities for the brands, monthly metric packs and reporting for the brand leaders Supply Chain, HR, and Meetings and Events • Supports budgeting process and troubleshooting overages and opportunities in the P&L • Manage OKR reporting and planning and program management processes for Supply Chain • Support category strategic planning process and spend analytics **Key Skills:** • Ability to collaborate with Operations, Legal, Supply Chain and other customers as needed to champion cross-functional sourcing initiatives. • Must be able to lead meetings with executive Business leaders to review savings initiatives and targets. • Must supervise and approve the planning process with Category Managers in developing and recommending sourcing solutions, channels for distribution and execution of best practices for the assigned categories. • Applies complex analytics to enable optimized cost savings and ensure an adequate supply chain. • Ensures all goods and services meet established standards. Addresses business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolves within guidelines. • Assures proper analysis and application of internal and external industry specific research information, to determine Company direction in designated categories, reasons for pricing increases/decreases, and develops risk mitigation strategies. • Must have a thorough understanding of contracting principles and contract structure, with competencies in the areas of facilities, construction and related areas. • Must have strong leadership and team building skills to integrate and motivate people from different organizations to work together in achieving process objectives and project goals • Ability to develop, coordinate and control multiple process and or projects, achieving on-time contracting services to satisfy the operating requirements of the Company. • Ability to create and maintain documentation, in adherence with policy, to meet internal and external audit requirements. • Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills to convey technical information to both internal and external sources, including non-technical audiences. • Must have excellent written communication skills to effectively and accurately convey detailed and complex information regarding contract specifications, policies and procedures to consultants/contractors and internal clients. • Computer skills should include proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience working with E-Sourcing Platforms, ERP Systems, and Access or other database tools. • Must be able to maintain a high level of customer service in a work environment of numerous competing demands. • Able to comfortably interface with all levels of Management, inside & outside the organization **Requirements/Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance. • MBA or equivalent background is preferred. • Professional purchasing certification or Lean Six-Sigma is desirable. • Solid background in supply chain management, procurement, or project management with an emphasis on strategic sourcing with 7+ years of related experience. • Demonstrated experience sourcing materials and services for major projects in a fast-paced environment.
