Sherwin Williams is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks aimed at delivering excellent service to the customers with an optimized level of inventory of multiple manufacturing locations throughout Europe. 

 

You will:

Implement strategic plan regarding supply demand and inventory optimization. Deploy a plan to meet BU goals in term of service, inventory, risk and best option to supply the market at the lower cost. Assure service level according to target and policies defined by the Business Unit. Deploy common processes for all locations (plants, warehouses) of the General Industry (GI) EMEAI organization. Drive, challenge and follow up with stakeholders regarding finished goods obsolete stock. Manage a continuous improvement approach through proper set up of leading and lagging indicator and update/review of action plan. Develop and train the team: define goals, establish a yearly training plan and manage the performance cycle of individuals. Relationships: Sales directors and managers, Directors and Plant managers, SSC Team, Finance, Logistics.
