Supply Chain Manager
Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Job Description As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and develop our Supply Chain team, providing support, mentorship, and training to grow team members. You will create, document, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures relating to operational areas, lead ERP implementation efforts, and utilize Voice of Customer feedback to enhance supplier or team performance. You will also be responsible for supplier relationship management, overseeing procurement activities, and supporting production by ensuring supply chain functions are in sync with production needs. Responsibilities + Develop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocols + Follow up after accidents and injuries on the floor + Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed + Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity + Train and mentor SCM employees + Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps + Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives + Prepare and submit weekly reports to COO + Optimize warehouse functions + Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers Essential Skills + Supply chain management + Procurement + Purchasing + Inventory management + Vendor management + Purchase order management Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree + Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus + Experience with AIB, SQF, FDA, GFSI, and FSMA compliance Work Environment This is primarily a desk job, but it is highly collaborative. You will frequently interact with the warehouse, production, engineering, and new product development teams. The company offers a 401K match up to 6%, full benefits, and the opportunity to build and manage your own team while taking ownership of processes.
