Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our supply chain strategy. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you'll lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement.Lead demand forecasting activities, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams.Utilize forecasting tools and market insights to generate accurate demand forecasts and anticipate customer needs.Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource allocation and achieve business objectives.Lead supplier relationship management efforts, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supplier performance.Implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply.Oversee inventory management strategies to balance customer demand with cost efficiency.Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Essential Skills7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.Deep understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Proven experience in demand planning, sales & operations planning, and supplier management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work a minimum of 3 days in-office in Wheaton, IL.Work Environment

Hybrid In-Office/Remote role after a few weeks in the Wheaton office, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Standard working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00
