Description Nick Pignato is in search of a Supply Chain Manager to join our operations in Rochester, New York. This role entails overseeing our supply chain operations, managing a team of buyers and logistics personnel, and facilitating the integration of planning, purchasing, and logistics strategies. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the work of the supply chain team, including buyers and logistics personnel. • Streamline the supply chain processes to improve efficiency and productivity. • Utilize ERP solutions for effective resource planning and management. • Maintain an understanding of the manufacturing industry trends and best practices. • Influence and build strong relationships within the team and across departments. • Monitor KPI reporting to assess company performance and identify areas of improvement. • Handle customer service inquiries related to supply chain operations. • Implement strategies for the transition to IFS from Oracle in ERP. • Ensure the supply chain operations align with the organizational goals and objectives. • Manage logistics operations, including transportation and delivery of goods.
