Job Description

Job title:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the Sleep and Respiratory Care Order Management Team (within BNL, CEE and DACH zones), driving improvements in order management processes aligned with the strategic objectives. This role requires a combination of people leadership and operational expertise, with a focus on delivering excellence, fostering collaboration and enabling continues improvements.

This role is a fixed term position.


Your role:

Create and maintain a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers ​Pro-actively embed quality in processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promiseActively drive integration across the E2E value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.Ensure that output of our warehouse and 3PL activities meets current and future demands, regulatory and service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed to our customersEstablish a responsive, agile supply chain, by translating supply chain strategy into processes and policies.Initiate changes to supply change management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain.Lead and develop the supply chain team to ensure the long and short term capabilitiesDrive supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision makingActively drive a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology and Philips Excellence Practices

You're the right fit if:

University degree

Min. 4 years of professional experience in people management

Proven experience in supply chain management (HS preferred)

Hands-on experience with LEAN techniques and culture

Good communication skills at different levels

Project management skills

Fluent in English
