Supply Chain Manager - Integrated Planning

We are seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Supply Chain Manager - Integrated Planning supporting the Integrated Planning (IP) organization!

The role will have responsibilities to target improvement opportunities, work cross-functionally and ensure alignment between the Ferguson and Kohler supply chain teams. This covers all brands under the Kohler Company.

This is a Hybrid role based out of our Newport News, VA HQ location, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2days remote.

Responsibilities:

Maintain collaborative and cross-functional working relationships with business leaders and peers across the various departments and groups in the Ferguson and Kohler organizationsEvaluate accuracy of purchase forecasts against demand and identify areas for improvementInvestigate and analyze InStock/Fill Rate issues. Identify root causes and propose corrective actions to improve performanceMonitor and assess Kohler inventory levels across distribution centers. Collaborate with partners to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventoryPerform in-depth and insightful analyses, both on a re-occurring and ad-hoc basis that include but are not limited to stock product files, purchasing cycle, demand and safety stockFind opportunities to improve supplier variability and responsiveness to reduce safety stock investmentAct as the business liaison between Ferguson and Kohler on new Advanced Planning System implementationWork with Category Management and sales on new product launches and major projects:Coordinate supply chain activities between Ferguson and Kohler teams to ensure successTrack forecasts to actual performance and evaluate effectivenessMake adjustments as required to optimize inventory levels and prevent stock outsCollaborate with Customer Group and Category Management partners for inputOwnership & responsibilities for various reporting, dashboards, metrics, and automation of processes:Effectively mine data from various Enterprise systems (e.g.: Trilogie, SQL Data Warehouse, Logility, Azure)Construct, develop, optimize, manipulate, and complete sophisticated SQL database queriesDesign, build, deploy & maintain PowerBI solutions and dashboardsServe as subject matter expert to business leaders, helping them to solve problems, draw conclusions, plan and drive critical business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent preferredMinimum of 3 years’ experience in cross-functional business position, preferably in supply chainStrong intuition for business and understanding of supply chain processes is requiredStrong analytical skills including the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy“Forward Thinker” with excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAble to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative environmentRobust knowledge of and experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBISkilled and experienced in using technologies to mine and/or analyze data (e.g.: Excel, SQL, Azure…)Project management experience is a plus, but not requiredBe willing to travel 10-20% of the time

Pay Range:

$6,900.30 - $11,275.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
