Supply Chain Operational Manager

Your challenge

As Supply Chain Operational Manager you’ll be in charge of managing the back office and front office of Supply Chain team (customer services and transport) and support them in their daily activities.

Here are your main tasks:

Management of 13 people (planning vacation, back up, team meetings) and coordination with S&OP and Supply Chain Projects Managers ; Evaluate the effectiveness of the service, report KPI’s and recommend optimization or corrective actions ; Ensure that customers receive the best service possible through the whole order to cash process (accurate information, complaints handling and follow-up, proper invoicing) ; Ensure that outbound and inbound transfers are correctly allocated ; Provide Supply Chain team with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems so they can be resolved in accordance with organizational policies and procedures ; Analyze supply chain related information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer/carriers ; Implement new tools and digital projects in collaboration with project managers ; Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with stakeholders using appropriate communication methods ; Collaborate and communicate knowledge across the business.

Education

Master’s degree or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position. An experience in an industrial environment is a strong advantage.
