*This internship begins on May 19th, 2025 and runs until August 7th, 2025. This role is a full time commitment (37.5 hour work week)*

Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Intern

Location: Wawa, PA , Carney’s Point, NJ,   &  Swedesboro, NJ

Department: Supply Chain

Job Summary:   The Supply Chain Operations Intern will support the day-to-day operations of our supply chain network. This role will collaborate with various departments, including Store Operations, Marketing, and other operational partners, to drive efficiency and resolve operational challenges.

Principal Duties:Lead a special project aimed at identifying, measuring, and implementing a productivity improvement initiative within the Supply Chain.Support daily operations across all channels, including tasks such as tobacco management and product ordering.Documenting vendor partner performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.Assist with resolving store-related issues by coordinating with Store Operations. This may involve conducting store visits and observing delivery processes to ensure compliance with procedures.Help analyze performance data and assist with problem-solving efforts. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports.Support daily inventory management activities, including reporting, issue escalation, and resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

Pursuit of a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or other related program preferredWawa store experience a plusMust have good computer skills, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPointPosition will be onsite across two locations in NJ (2-3 days a week) and at Wawa Corporate (1-2 days a week)Minimum GPA of 3.0 or HigherCandidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2025 semester – Fall 2026 semesterCandidate must be available from May 19, 2025 – August 7, 2025Wawa currently observes a 4-day in office schedule Monday - Thursday with an opportunity to work remote on Friday.
