The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

This role in summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Operations Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving strategic supply chain projects, optimizing operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, implement innovative solutions, and ensure supply chain excellence, to meet organizational goals.

Your responsibilities will include

Project Management:  

Plan, execute, and oversee supply chain projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and product marketing.Develop detailed project plans, status reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process optimization within supply chain operations and implement methodologies.Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvements and drive sustainable results.Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with process partners and internal teams to align on project goals and drive supply chain excellence.Act as a liaison between departments to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication.
 Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, project management, or a related role.Proven expertise in continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in project management tools Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
 Preferred skills and experiences Strategic thinking with a focus on operational efficiency.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving challenges.Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
